Adaptive Web-based Engine for the Evaluation of eLearning Resources

This paper discusses the architectural design and development of an adaptive, on-line data collection and presentation engine for the evaluation of eLearning resources in Higher Education. Design issues and evaluation results obtained from the real-life testing of such a prototype system are presented.
